Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead Right-of-Way and Access activities for major transmission projects. This role involves estimating, pre-construction planning, and execution across multiple regions, coordinating with partner companies to align schedules and budgets.
You will drive cost-effective solutions, track project status, and contribute to continuous improvement. 30% travel and overnight stays are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Right-of-Way Preparation, Access or related Heavy Civil construction including field construction management and estimating.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to implement plans aligning with business objectives.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying levels of involvement with Quanta Companies.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements for transmission projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Estimating program experience (InEight, HeavyBid, or similar).
- Familiarity with GIS software (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.)
Responsabilités
- Support in planning and execution of Right-of-Way Preparation and Access SOW.
- Assist in estimating and pre-construction for accurate pricing, resource scheduling, scope alignment and risk mitigation.
- Track, manage, and communicate project pursuits and status updates.
- Coordinate with multiple companies to integrate Access work within project schedule and budget.
- Provide guidance and problem-solving to project teams to enhance execution.
- Gather lessons learned from completed projects and implement improvements for future projects.
- Track project performance, cost structures, and productivity for improvements.
- Monitor financial and operational performance metrics related to Access work and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Suggest and implement Value Engineering during estimating and construction.

- Assist in estimating and pre-construction efforts to ensure accurate pricing, resource scheduling, scope alignment and risk mitigation.
- Track, manage, and communicate project pursuits and on-going construction project status updates.

- Identify potential risks related to Access work and support teams in developing mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Right-of-Way Preparation, Access or related Heavy Civil construction industry including field construction management experience and estimating experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to implement plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying levels of involvement and collaboration with Quanta Companies.
- Comprehensive understanding of the construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements for construction and/or transmission projects.
- Strong skills in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ideally has Estimating program experience (InEight, HeavyBid, or similar)
- Familiarity with GIS software (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.)
