Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

We are partnering with a top‑tier construction management firm to hire an experienced Project Manager to support large‑scale projects in and around New Haven, CT. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex institutional projects within a company known for long employee tenure and internal growth.

Our client is a third‑generation, family‑owned construction management firm with nearly a century of experience delivering projects across New England. With offices in Providence, Boston, and New Haven, they manage a diverse portfolio spanning higher education, healthcare, K‑12, lab/life science, commercial, and corporate work. Generating approximately $700M in annual revenue and employing 140-150 professionals, they combine the sophistication of a large contractor with a people‑first culture that values individual voices and long‑term careers.

Description
  • Manage large‑scale construction projects throughout the New Haven, CT area
  • Support and deliver major institutional work, including projects within university campuses
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
  • Coordinate closely with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
  • Lead both renovation and ground‑up construction efforts
  • Track project performance using Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements
