Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects across public works, industrial, healthcare, and commercial sectors. This on-site role is based in Brea, CA, managing from award to closeout to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

You'll coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and utility providers, manage schedules and costs, review submittals and drawings, and enforce safety and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial, industrial, public works, or electrical construction.
• Experience managing electrical construction projects; medium-voltage and industrial projects preferred.
• Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, contracts, and schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• No clearance required.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $110,000 - $165,000 depending on experience
