Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The role focuses on delivering on time and within budget, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, and field teams to drive project success, manage multiple projects, and lead meetings with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience managing ground-up and renovation projects.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects including budgeting and scheduling.
• Lead subcontractor selection, contract negotiation and buyout processes.
