Overview

Join Epic as a Project Manager. This role is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and includes relocation assistance. You will implement software that saves lives, driving impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead software installations and support new Epic community members.
• Travel across the U.S. (and abroad if desired) to oversee project rollouts.
• Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end‑user training, and provide comprehensive go‑live support.
• Make autonomous decisions with full team support and guidance.
• Collaborate with innovative health systems such as Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, and others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
• History of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days (typical month includes 1‑2 trips lasting 2‑4 days).
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed).
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
