Job summary

Globe Machine Manufacturing seeks an organized Project Manager to lead capital equipment projects from kickoff to commissioning. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and field services, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment with customer expectations.

You will serve as the primary customer contact, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and monitor risks and changes while delivering safe, on-time installations. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings or engineering documentation.

Role Overview

At Globe, Project Managers play a key role in delivering complex industrial solutions for leading manufacturers. You'll work with experienced engineering and manufacturing teams while leading meaningful capital equipment projects from kickoff through commissioning. This role works closely with customers and internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and field services to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.
