Job summary

Office Images seeks a Project Manager to oversee all project phases from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence in a fast-paced environment.

You will serve as the client contact, coordinate with installation teams, and maintain thorough project documentation while upholding TSRC values and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • PMP certification a plus.
  • 3+ years’ experience in project management.
  • Experience in workspace furniture and refurbishment industry a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of projects from start to finish, managing people, processes, resources, and client expectations and satisfaction.
  • Plans and leads project kickoff meetings.
  • Maintains detailed project documentation, including notes, decisions, and customer requests.
  • Coordinates project schedules based on ship dates and expectations, and creates installation packages.
  • Performs site visits and maintains professional client/vendor relationships.

1. POSITION SUMMARYThe Project Manager oversees the successful completion of projects per agreed parameters, including timeframe and budget. The PM acts as the client’s point of contact, ensuring smooth and thorough internal communication and client satisfaction. This position manages all aspects of a project from inception to completion, including planning, coordinating, and scheduling.2. POSITION EXPECTATIONSManages all aspects of projects from start to finish, managing people, processes, resources, and client expectations and satisfactionPlans and leads project kickoff meetingsMonitors product damages and order discrepancies, collects evidence, and submits to Corrective Actions in accordance with company protocolEnsures excellent relations and regular communication with all internal departmentsDelivers professional and responsive customer service to clients, vendors, and other external partiesMaintains detailed project documentation, including thorough notes, key decisions, customer requests, and revisionsCoordinates project schedules based on manufacturer ship dates and customer expectationsCreates installation packages for each project for schedulers and installation teamsPerforms site visits as neededMaintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidentialMaintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, and regulationsOther duties as assigned3.
