  • Build long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain a high level of client service and represent InSite professionally in all interactions.
  • Assist with initial project scoping, proposals, fee development, and job costing.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, schedules, and overall financial performance.
  • Review project billing and assist with accounts receivable and collections for assigned engagements.
  • Identify scope changes and potential additional service opportunities.
  • Work with management to ensure projects remain financially successful while meeting client expectations.
  • Coordinate the design and permitting process among internal teams, clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of permit applications and facilitate permit expediting as needed.
  • Coordinate survey, engineering, planning, environmental, and other professional services required for project completion.
  • Assist with due diligence, site investigations, agency requirements, and project feasibility evaluations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and outside consultants associated with assigned projects.
  • Track project approvals, agency comments, deliverables, and outstanding action items.

  • Provide input regarding employee performance, professional development, and staffing needs.
  • Participate in interviewing and recruiting efforts as requested.
  • Lead by example and promote a collaborative, accountable, and professional work environment.
  • Support the firm's mission, vision, and values while contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Continue developing industry knowledge, leadership skills, and professional relationships through networking and continuing education.

  • Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), Professional Planner, or other applicable professional license is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, staffing, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing professional and technical staff.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
