Job summary

HireTalent is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager for a large distribution enterprise with a sophisticated data and supply chain environment. You will own 2–4 concurrent IT projects across Infrastructure, Information Security, Business Systems, and Data & Analytics, building schedules, managing scope, and reporting to leadership.

Juggling multiple high-stakes IT projects is your sweet spot? Our Client, a large enterprise in the distribution space with a sophisticated data and supply chain environment, needs an Infrastructure Project Manager to keep its tech portfolio moving.

What you'll do:

• Own 2-4 concurrent, high-visibility IT projects across Infrastructure, Information Security, Business Systems, and Data & Analytics
• Build schedules, manage scope, and lead status and working meetings
• Track risks, issues, and escalations, and report clearly to leadership
• Hold teams accountable to their commitments and clear roadblocks
• Coordinate technical teams, business units, and third-party vendors toward shared goals

What you bring:

• 3-5 years of IT Project Management experience (5+ years in IT preferred)
• A solid grasp of waterfall, agile, and hybrid methods, and the judgment to know which one fits
• Enough technical depth to evaluate risks objectively with delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills in a matrixed organization
• BA/BS preferred; PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification is a plus
