Are you a seasoned technical project professional looking to lead critical infrastructure projects? GE Vernova is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Project Manager to oversee non-turnkey and equipment-only projects. In this role, you will be the engine behind our project execution, balancing technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

• Project Oversight: Lead projects from order handover through planning, site execution, invoicing, and final closeout.
• Technical Execution: Apply your in-depth knowledge of Gas Insulated Solution, Air Insulated Switchgear, and Generator Circuit Breaker equipment to solve complex technical challenges.
• Commercial Management: Own project budgets, margins, sales forecasting, contract management, change orders, and claims.
• Resource Coordination: Effectively deploy field service engineers and manage subcontractors to meet customer commitments.
• Strategy & Problem Solving: Use your technical expertise to propose solutions that go beyond standard parameters, utilizing internal resources to ensure project success.
• HSE & Quality: Maintain an uncompromising focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Independent Portfolio Management: Taking full ownership of your project suite.
• Reliable Forecasting: Providing accurate financial and resource projections.
• Effective Coordination: Ensuring our field teams are positioned for success to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Требования:

Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in technical project management (Field Service, Maintenance, or Commissioning preferred).

• Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of GIS, ASI, and GCB equipment.
• Tools: Practical experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems), Excel, and modern project planning tools.
• Communication: Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French (required based on customer portfolio).
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to communicate with customers, maintain project ownership, provide structured follow-up, and handle timely escalations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the work time within Belgium PMP or IPMA certification.
• Experience working with Belgian utility providers and industrial customers.
