Varonis is seeking a Project Manager to guide complex business integrations from initiation to completion in a dynamic IT environment. The role demands strong project-management expertise, clear stakeholder communication, and alignment with customer success goals across multiple industries.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop detailed plans, anticipate risks, and positively influence delivery timelines while ensuring technical feasibility and business value.

Qualificações

• Record of delivering successful technology integration projects.
• At least 2 years of project management experience in IT.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Some travel may be necessary.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.

• Develop and deliver executive-ready progress, risk, and impact reports.
• Coordinate across resources, stakeholders, leadership, and third parties for flawless execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and scope alignment.
• Define project scopes and objectives with key stakeholders for technical feasibility.
• Anticipate risks and mitigate, escalating blockers as needed.
• Measure success by adoption, business impact, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain project templates, playbooks, and documentation.
• Ensure resource availability and coordinate calendars.

As a Project Manager, this individual will guide complex business integrations from start to finish. With this comes extensive project management skills and familiarity with driving internal and external project team members towards specific milestones . The projects must adhere to transparent project plans, concise technical designs, and timely communication with the entire project team and customer .

Responsibilities

• Project management of technical integrations with our customer environments and designated Varonis projects covering a broad set of industries and strategic accounts.
• Priorit ize project tasks, communi cate transparently internally and externally, and driv e project s towards measurable customer outcomes and business value while meeting agreed upon deadlines.
• Develop and deliver executive-ready communications summarizing progress, risks, business impact, tracking milestones and next steps.
• Coordinate effectively and deliver a consistent narrative across internal resources , stakeholders, executive leadership, escalations, and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop a nd maintain detailed project plan s to track progress , align ownership, and comply with scope/timelines
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Anticipate project, technical, operational, resource, and customer-readiness risks before they impact delivery. Proactively recommend mitigation strategies while driving stakeholder alignment. Escalate risks and blockers ensuring ownership and accountability for resolution.
• Measure project success not only by completion, but by customer adoption, business impact, achievement of outcomes, and overall customer success.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project templates, playbooks, and overall documentation
• Ensure resource availability and allocation ; coordinate calendars

Requirements

Understanding of technology as it relates to:

• Record of accomplishment of delivering successful technology integration projects, especially in Fortune 500 enterprises.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management working within the Information Technology field.
• Experience with Cloud Technologiesis a plus.
• Ability todemonstrateexcellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Some travel may be necessary.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.
