PSC Biotech seeks a hands-on Project Manager to oversee multiple drug discovery programs in a remote role aligned to Pacific Standard Time. You will build integrated plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining rigorous documentation.

The ideal candidate has a BS/MS/PhD in life sciences, 5+ years in biotech/pharma PM, and experience with small molecules. Familiarity with CROs and Smartsheet is a plus; you should be comfortable working independently in

• BS, MS or PhD in chemistry, biology, pharmacology or a related life science; hands-on bench or research experience before moving into project management is ideal.
• 5+ years of project management experience in biotech or pharma drug development or related.
• 3+ years of experience managing small molecule discovery programs from hit-to-lead through lead optimization and candidate nomination.
• Experience managing multiple programs at once.
• Exposure to novel modalities such as targeted protein degradation (molecular glues, degraders, PROTACs) is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet.
• Small molecule experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating CROs for in vivo studies preferred.
• Self-directed and hands-on.
• Available to work remotely during Pacific Time hours.

• Work with teams to develop mitigation plans and drive issues to resolution.
• Provide clear, regular status updates and reports to program teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and keep information current and accessible to the team.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed to support program timelines.
• Contribute to improving project management tools, templates and best practices.

Your Role

We are hiring a Project Manager to manage multiple drug discovery programs and keep plans, timelines and teams aligned.

This is a self-directed, hands-on role suited to someone with a scientific background in drug discovery, ideally with bench or research experience before moving into project management.

This position is remote based, and supports PST timezone working hours. This is a W2 Temp position, starting at the 6 month duration with potential extension.Employer-sponsored work authorization is not available for this position, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangements will not be considered.

Adhering to the requirements of U.S laws on pay transparency, the annual salary range expected for this role is set between $100,000 - $145,000. The rate offered may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
