Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager to lead parking structure restoration and construction projects across New York and New Jersey. The role focuses on field execution, subcontractor oversight, and maintaining schedule and budget.

You will coordinate with clients, property managers and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget projects across multiple sites.

Qualifications

  • Oversee multiple parking structure restoration projects concurrently.
  • Develop budgets, schedules, manpower plans and procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and field personnel throughout execution.
  • Oversee concrete restoration, waterproofing, coating and expansion joint scopes.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, safety, quality and productivity.
  • Review proposals and negotiate project costs with subs.
  • Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs and project documentation.
  • Track financial performance, forecasting and profitability.
  • Review subcontractor invoices and prepare owner billings.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, consultants and managers.
  • Resolve field challenges while maintaining schedules and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure work complies with contract documents and company standards.

Project Manager - Parking Structure Restoration & Construction

Our client is a national leader in parking structure restoration, repair, waterproofing, and maintenance. Through a combination of engineering expertise and construction execution, they help owners preserve and extend the service life of parking garages across the United States. The company has completed work on hundreds of parking structures, delivering concrete restoration, structural repairs, waterproofing, coating systems, joint replacement, and rehabilitation projects for commercial, institutional, municipal, healthcare, and mixed-use facilities.

This position is part of the Construction Operations Team and is focused on executing repair and restoration projects in the field. This is not a consulting, design, or engineering role.

The successful candidate will oversee subcontractors, project finances, schedules, client communication, and construction activities from project award through closeout.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will lead the execution of parking garage restoration and rehabilitation projects throughout the New York and New Jersey region. Working closely with clients, property managers, subcontractors, and internal operations teams, this individual will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will come from a specialty contracting, restoration, concrete repair, waterproofing, façade restoration, or general contracting background and have experience managing field-driven construction projects.
