• 3+ years of demonstrated success as a Project Manager in the software industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating clear and attainable project objectives, building out project requirements and managing constraints of cost, time, scope and quality.
• Provide planning and resource scheduling, track workload, and communicate bottlenecks and resource availability proactively.
• Follow up with team on action items and project updates, holding individuals and teams accountable to commitments.
• Provide risk and issue management to spot and minimize potential delays to project completion.
• Manage scope, including internal and external communications.
• Work in a blended environment of waterfall, Agile and hybrid across customers with Jira, MS Project, Mavenlink.
• Create and maintain project documentation that serves as the single source of truth and keeps teams aligned.
• Provide hands-on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, launch and post-launch phases.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of implementations by planning, executing, and closing customer projects. In addition to being responsible for supporting the administrative, scheduling, and communication-related activities for customer projects, the Project Manager is responsible for creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the associated constraints of the project of cost, time, scope, and quality.

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for creating clear & attainable project objectives, building out project requirements & managing the associated constraints of the project including cost, time, scope & quality.
• Provide planning & resource scheduling. This will include tracking the team workload and communicating bottlenecks & resource availability proactively.
• Follow up with team on action items & project updates, holding individuals & team members accountable to commitments.
• Provide risk & issue management, spot & minimize potential project risks and/or issues that might delay the project completion.
• Responsible for scope management, including both internal & external communication.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 3+ Years of demonstrated success as a Project Manager.
• Experience working within the software industry. Start up or high growth experience highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical messages, spotlight benefits & tradeoffs to provide clarity & direction.
• You are a strong problem solver with the ability to lead a team of non-direct reports to push the solution & progress.
