Job summary

Two3 Solutions is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support material handling and warehouse solution projects, coordinating vendors and customers from sales order through installation.

The role works closely with the Director of Project Management, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, and external partners to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, purchasing, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Help Sales with Permitting Process
• Process new sales orders and set-up projects for proper execution
• Create vendor PO’s to order materials
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm order acknowledgements, lead times, and expected delivery dates
• Coordinate installation schedules with subcontractors and installation crews
• Ensure installation teams have necessary project documentation, drawings, and material information
• Track material orders and shipping schedules to ensure products arrive when needed.
• Works with sales to communicate and document shortages, damaged products, shipment delays, and other material issues
• Track change orders, additional costs, and project adjustments.
• Maintain accurate project information within NetSuite, including sales orders, purchase orders, and project records.
• Support the Director of Project Management in maintaining project schedules and deliverables.
• Assisting training efforts to new Solutions Engineers

Two3 Solutions is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to support the successful execution of material handling and warehouse solution projects.

The Project Manager plays a critical role in managing project documentation, coordinating vendors and subcontractors, tracking material deliveries, communicating with customers, and supporting projects from sales order through installation and completion.

This position works closely with the Director of Project Management, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, and external partners to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and takes ownership of tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in material handling, warehouse equipment, construction, or industrial distribution.
• Familiarity with pallet racking, warehouse storage systems, mezzanines, or installation projects.
• Experience coordinating freight carriers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Understanding of purchase orders, sales orders, invoicing, and project profitability.
