What You’ll Do (and How You’ll Do It)

• Lead with Extreme Ownership & Tenacity – Take full responsibility for every detail that impacts project success. Identify priorities, execute flawlessly, and see every job through to the end—no excuses, only results. From pre-construction planning to final walkthrough, you own the outcome.
• Deliver with Grit – Navigate the inevitable challenges of luxury builds and historic restorations with resilience and resourcefulness. When obstacles arise, you move forward, turning setbacks into successes that exceed client expectations.
• Build Esprit de Corps – Foster a team environment where pride and loyalty run deep. You’ll rally in-house carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors around a shared mission, creating a “one team, one fight” culture that makes every project feel like a family victory.

• Manage estimates, budgets, schedules, and quality control with uncompromising attention to detail
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors and clients to ensure seamless execution
• Champion safety, compliance, and the highest standards of craftsmanship

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven Project Management experience in luxury home building and high-end renovation (historic restoration experience a major plus)
• Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor management, and premium materials
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Experience with Buildertrend, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
