The Operations Project Manager is responsible for the complete operational and financial execution of commercial construction projects from project kickoff through final completion.
This position owns the strategy, planning, scheduling, execution, and financial performance of every assigned project.
You’ll develop labor strategies, allocate crews, build production schedules, monitor budgets, protect gross profit margins, and proactively solve operational challenges before they impact project performance.
Success in this role requires balancing customer expectations, field operations, labor efficiency, scheduling, and financial performance simultaneously.
Every operational decision should improve project execution while protecting profitability.
This is not simply a scheduling position—it is a leadership role responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, on budget, and at or above targeted gross profit margins.
