Job summary

3T-Innovations seeks a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead complex programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategy and goals.

You will plan scope, schedule, budgets, risk, and cross‑functional coordination while reporting progress to stakeholders and ensuring governance and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of direct work experience in project/program management.
• Strong knowledge of project management theories and practical applications.
• Proven experience with risk and change management.
• Active PMI certifications (PMP, CAPM, CSM, or CompTIA Project+).

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of specific projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals. As the Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in directing, coordinating, implementing, executing, controlling, and completing projects successfully.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead the planning and implementation of project
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans, WBS, Schedule, Travel Plans, Milestones, Success Criteria and Communication Plans for each project
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Manage project budget and project resource allocation
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Provide direction and support to project teams; perform performance appraisals/reviews
• Quality assurance
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders and PMO
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of direct work experience on project/program management
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project/program management
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Proven experience in risk management
• Proven experience in change management
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Active PMI and PMP Certification
• Working knowledge of FAR and Government Procurement rules and regulations

Licenses and Certifications:

• PMP: Project Management Professional.
• CAPM: Certified Associate in Project Management.
• CSM: Certified ScrumMaster.
• CompTIA Project+ certification.

Other Skills/Abilities

• US Military Veteran preferred
• Proficient on Microsoft Office Products, especially MS Project
