Job summary

Best Logistics Technology seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through close-out, coordinating engineers, architects and other professionals.

You will define scope, assemble resources, and manage budgets and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across complex construction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction-related field (CM/Architecture/Engineering).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites; CAD, estimating and scheduling software.
• 5 years of construction management experience preferred.

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Construction Project Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall tasks to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close-out projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or any construction related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, industry standard construction management software such as Computer Aided Drafting software (CAD, estimating, scheduling, etc.
• 5 years of construction management experience preferred.

• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Monitor the progress of each project and make decisions regarding progress as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
