In addition to managing projects, the Project Manager is responsible for:Overall project success, including:Successful management of project financial performance, including fee retentionClient satisfactionManaging major portions of large projects or overall responsibility for smaller projectsMentoring and coaching Assistant Project Managers and Project EngineersContinuing to develop project subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teamsQUALIFICATIONSRequired:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related fieldFive (5) or more years of commercial or general construction project solicitations, bid analysis, and contract recommendationsEnsure subcontract scopes are complete and well-definedConduct scope reviews with subcontractors and project teams before contract executionReview bid results with owners and design teams as appropriateParticipate in development of project budgets and cost modelsDevelop and maintain project control estimatesSchedulingAssist field staff with creating CPM schedulingUpdate and distribute project schedulesCo-lead Last Planner efforts in conjunction with field staffProject DocumentationReview and understand project drawings and
