Job Description

Our Seattle office is seeking a highly creative and energetic Project Manager, passionate about design, to lead teams through projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years’ experience with a diverse background with experience focused heavy in healthcare with a mix of project types – multi‑family, healthcare, and mid/high‑rise. An aptitude for dynamic design, a commitment to sustainable architecture, and a desire to cultivate client relationships is vital to succeeding in this position. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of code requirements in the Portland area and a proven ability to manage multiple project types and sizes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and project teams in a fast‑paced environment that rewards self‑starters
• Provide design guidance for all phases of a project including tenant renovation
• Develop and manage work plans and staff
• Estimate fees and write project proposals
• Lead daily interaction with clients, architectural teams and design teams
• Manage the execution of design and contract documents including understanding detailing and specifications
• Provide quality control for contract documents

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters, Degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect in the State of WA preferred
• Experience in Senior Housing, High Rise, and Healthcare
• Ability to design in Revit
• History of developing and maintaining client relationships
• Capability in Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Collaborative, team oriented, and also tech savvy
