Job summary

Dwell is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple small to midsize projects, lead project teams, and ensure successful delivery from conception to completion. You will coordinate design efforts, schedules, and budgets while serving as the primary client liaison and driving strategic project outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive design experience, and proficiency in design tools like Revit.

What you'll do:

The Project Manager has full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects, their teams, and prepare strategic plans for project success. The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments. Estimates fees, determines the scope of work and prepares proposals and contracts. The Project Manager also serves as a vision leader within the Dwell community.
