ClearStream Environmental has an immediate need for a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater equipment projects from contract award through engineering, fabrication, delivery, installation, and project closeout.
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between the customer and ClearStream’s engineering, project management, procurement, fabrication, quality, and field teams. This role is responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, aligned with specifications, and meeting customer expectations.
The ideal candidate is organized, technically minded, an effective communicator, and comfortable taking ownership of complex projects from start to finish.
ClearStream is a leader in the manufacturing of equipment and systems to treat water and wastewater of all types. We pride ourselves in the design and innovation of equipment which uses proven technologies as well as innovative strategies and systems to remove pollutants and contaminants from water streams.
We provide this equipment for municipalities, industrial applications, and mining operations throughout the world. With water being a finite resource (and in some areas, a very scarce resource), this is an industry which has a long and bright future. We are looking for individuals to join our team and continue the growth of our company and extend the reach of our influence worldwide.
A successful ClearStream Project Manager owns the project without trying to do everyone’s job. They bring the right people together, establish clear expectations, identify problems early, communicate openly, and keep the project moving.
They understand that successful project management is more than tracking a schedule. It means connecting engineering, people, equipment, customers, costs, and deadlines into one coordinated effort that delivers the right solution, on time and as promised.
