Job summary

ACE Quality Control is seeking a Project Manager - Marketing & Business Development to join our Northern California team in Roseville, CA. This role connects strategy with execution, supports business development, and drives revenue growth through targeted marketing and client engagement.

You will coordinate regional sales initiatives, develop proposals, monitor market trends, and strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders to expand our market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or communications.
• 2 years of marketing and/or sales experience required; relevant experience may substitute education.
• Experience in geotechnical, construction, or materials testing industries is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Support corporate revenue goals by helping develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies
  
• Identify, track, and pursue and proposal opportunities within the Special Inspections & Materials Testing market
  
• Coordinate proposal development from opportunity tracking through submission and follow-up
  
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to support strategic decision-making

• Familiarity with CRM systems, proposal tracking tools, and Microsoft Office
  
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies is a plus
