Job summary

Aberle Concrete, Excavating & Grading Inc. is seeking a Concrete Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the San Jose area.

You will own the full lifecycle from plans to completion, directing field-to-office workflows and coordinating with subs, architects, and clients to keep projects on schedule and on budget. The role requires strong experience with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and budget management, plus proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, and Autodesk.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager managing commercial concrete construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in estimating, submittals, change orders (CORs), and RFIs.
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural/structural plans and rebar drawings.
• Hands-on proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Autodesk.
• Knowledge of calculating labor production rates and job budgeting.
• Establish and maintain client-facing relationships.
• 7+ years of concrete project management or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
