A leading real estate firm located in Saint Paul is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior design projects from concept to completion. This role involves working closely with various teams to deliver design solutions aligned with client strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in interior design and project management, including hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office each week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years’ directly related experience in interior design and project management.
  • Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints.

Job Description Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing interior design projects from concept through completion for an owner occupier of class A office space. This position is part of an integrated Cushman & Wakefield management team working closely with the facility & engineering, project management, space planning and occupancy teams and the client, to deliver design and project management solutions in alignment with client workplace strategy and aesthetics.

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing interior design projects from concept through completion for Securian Financial, an owner occupier of class A office in downtown St. Paul.. This position is part of an integrated Cushman & Wakefield management team working closely with the facility & engineering, project management, space planning and occupancy teams and the client, to deliver design and project management solutions in alignment with client workplace strategy and aesthetics.

  • Manage interior design and furniture projects including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact regarding interior design projects, understanding needs and translating them into actionable design plans.
  • Participate in development and monitoring of budgets. Manage procurement of materials and furnishings.
  • Participate in development and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring milestones are met, and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure work aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and design documentation for internal use.
  • Assist in maintaining inventories of furniture onsite and in vendor warehouses.
  • Onsite move management for medium (10+) and large projects
  • Position is hybrid (3 days in the office per week)

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 93,500.00 - $110,000.00
