Job summary

Northern Clearing Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead field projects and coordinate with the Project Superintendent across the United States. You will drive project setups, track changes, and ensure the team meets contract requirements.

The role requires frequent travel with six-day workweeks and ten-hour days. The successful candidate will manage documentation, logs, and site operations while upholding client expectations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Office Management.
• Experience with Microsoft Projects or Primavera.
• Professional degree or diploma.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient with computers, MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Project Manager

Northern Clearing Inc., a leader in right of way clearing is currently seeking a Project Manager.

This job will require travel across the U.S.

Primary Focus:

• Work directly with Project Superintendent on any and all tasks necessary for successful completion of project. To include but not limited to:
• Setup and maintain a field construction office
• Change order tracking and project related contract administration
• Submit and track project hours, timekeeping records, jobsite inventory, project progress reports, supervision logs, etc.
• Equipment, Fuel and Materials Tracking
• 811 / Once Call Ticket Management
• Code and collect receipts from crew members
• Ensure compliance with all company and client expectations

Desired Skills

• Previous experience in Office Management
• Experience in Microsoft Projects or Primavera preferred.
• Professional Degree or Diploma
• Proven interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Well versed and comfortable on a computer
• Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel

More about the Job:

• The office location is to be determined and will require travel.
• We have obtained multiple long-term projects and are looking to hire for positions across the U.S.
• Our project schedules are typically 6 days per week, 10 hr. days. (Monday-Saturday)
