Job summary

Apogee Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare architecture and engineering projects. You will collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Administrators to plan, organize, and complete projects with strong client engagement.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in building design as a PM, with PE/RA preferred and PMP desirable. Travel up to 30% applies as projects span across the nation, and MS Office, Newforma, and Deltek experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• 6+ years in building design as a project manager.
• Licensed Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) preferred.
• PMP certification desirable.
• Federal and private healthcare project experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate architectural and engineering projects from planning through completion of construction documents.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.
• Lead multi-discipline teams of architects, engineers, and interior designers.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and RFIs.
• Lead design reviews, QA/QC, and oversee deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication among internal teams, subconsultants, and clients.
• Review contracts, approve invoices, and participate in site visits.
• Mentor assistance Project Managers and foster professional growth.
• Manage project designs across the nation.

This crucial role collaborates with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Administrators to plan and build healthcare projects with client engagement. Works with the customer and design team to plan, organize, control, integrate, and complete architectural and engineering projects.
