Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Providence, Rhode Island, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee changes to scope, schedule and resources and ensure on-time delivery within budget in the Healthcare Payer sector.

The role requires 8+ years in program or project management, with global delivery experience and the ability to lead offshore teams. This is a direct staff opportunity with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Project Management with SDLC.

• No travel; this position is in-office five days a week.
• Graduate or Master's degree preferred.
• Healthcare payer domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures scope is defined, approved, managed and delivered; deliverables are accepted by the customer.
• Ensures schedule is developed and managed to on-time delivery.
• Manages costs to deliver the project within customer-approved budget while preserving profit margins.
• Ensures resources are assigned and managed effectively and efficiently.
• Identifies and proactively manages risks and issues.
• Drives all aspects of program management activity across the organization.

Day to Day job Duties:

• Manages the changes that affect scope, schedule and resources are identified, managed and controlled with an integrated and cohesive plan.
• Ensures scope is defined, approved, managed, controlled; ensuring completed deliverables are accepted by the customer.
• Ensures schedule is developed and managed to on-time delivery.
• Ensures costs are estimated and managed to deliver project within customer approved budget, while preserving profit margins.
• Ensures resources are assigned and managed effectively and efficiently.
• Ensures that risks and issues are proactively identified and managed
• Drives all aspects of program management activity, including collaborating and coordinating across the organization.

Candidate Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as Program or Project manager in Healthcare Payer segment.
• 5+ years of experience working in Global delivery model.
• 2+ years of experience to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans.
• No Travel. This position requires you to work all 5 days in the office
• Graduate or Master's degree preferred
• Bluecard or Facets experience a PLUS

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of Project Management working with SDLC
• Experience managing Project Financials
• Experience managing Offshore Teams
