Job summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute industrial and capital projects in a steel production environment
  • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Manage scope, resources, budgets, and timelines in accordance with organizational goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, and contractors
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout project phases
  • Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and closeout summaries

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is required
