Caliagua, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead underground utility construction projects from planning through completion in Orleans, IN.

You will manage crews, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safety and on-time delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating field operations, reviewing plans and contracts, maintaining documentation, and communicating with owners, engineers, municipalities, and utility providers.

Competenze

• 3+ years of project management experience in underground utility construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee underground utility construction projects from planning through completion.
