Do you stay calm under pressure, quickly solve problems, and maintain control when unexpected challenges arise?

At Beckenhauer Construction, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager who takes full ownership from planning through completion, leading crews, enforcing standards, managing contracts, and resolving issues with speed and accuracy. • Schedule & cost management: Apply your solution-oriented thinking by building and actively managing the project schedule, keeping long-lead items and pull plans aligned with real progress. Monitor job costs, complete projections, and address issues early to maintain control over the financial outcome.
  • Documentation control: Let your high standards shine through while overseeing the flow of project information by managing submittals, RFIs, change activity, and pay applications. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all documentation while keeping communication clear between subcontractors, architects, owners, and accounting.
  • Quality, safety & communication: Apply your ability to stay on top of moving parts by maintaining a consistent field presence to support quality control and reinforce safety expectations. Lead meetings with owners and subcontractors, using clear, direct communication to keep everyone aligned and accountable.
