Job summary

Enterprise Precast Concrete Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of architectural precast projects from planning through delivery.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet specifications, while ensuring on-time completion and adherence to budgets. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in construction management and 0–3 years in construction PM, with strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, processes, and materials.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects within budget and on schedule.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities
