Job summary

CBRE seeks a Project Management Consultant to provide consulting services for building management deployments across assigned markets or client accounts.

You will manage projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and governance aligned with CBRE standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading real estate project initiatives from initiation to closeout.

  • Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project including scope, resources, work plan, milestones, quality control, and risk.
  • Define the project delivery resources from internal teams.
  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
  • Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
  • Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report status and variances.
  • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
  • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
  • Impact activities within own team and related teams.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.


This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.


Focus is on Building Management deployment.


What You’ll Do:


  • Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

  • Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

  • Define the project delivery resources from internal teams.

  • Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.

  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.

  • Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.

  • Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.

  • Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.

  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.


CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
