GUARDIAN is seeking a qualified, professional supervisor to join our Exterior Home Remodeling division in New Berlin, WI. The role involves supervising and coordinating installation activities across Roofing, Siding, Windows, Carpentry, and ensuring safety standards.

You will read production schedules, assign crews, liaise with customers, review change orders, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Must have 5 years prior construction experience in exterior trades (Roofing, Siding, Windows).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and technology proficiency.
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce safety and installation standards.
• Direct and coordinate activities of crews across roofing, siding, windows, and carpentry.
• Read charts, orders, schedules to determine production requirements.
• Coordinate operations with other supervisors to align departments.
• Assist in planning work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet goals.
• Assist in ordering and scheduling material deliveries for remodeling projects.
• Demonstrate work and safety procedures to new employees.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies for workers.
• Be the front-line of the production department, meet with customers, close-out projects, collect final payments.
• Perform warranty repairs, minor repairs, punch list items.
• Inspect work in process and completed work.
• Walk customers through change orders and final walk thru.
• Recommend measures to improve production methods and efficiency.

• Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

  • Enforce safety and installation standards.

  • Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the construction of remodeling projects for Roofing, Siding, Windows, Carpentry.

  • Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements.

  • Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.

  • Assist in planning work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.

  • Assist in ordering and scheduling material deliveries for remodeling projects.

  • Demonstrate work and safety procedures to new employees.

  • Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.

  • Be the front-line of the production department, meet with customers, close-out projects, collect final payments.

  • Perform warranty repairs, minor repairs, punch list items.

  • Inspect work in process and completed work.

  • Walk customers through change orders and final walk thru.

  • Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiencies.
