Responsibilities include coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors, scheduling, quality control, field problem solving, and documenting progress with photos. Reliability and transportation are essential.

We specialize in Single-Family Rental (SFR) turns, renovations, maintenance, and rehab projects, and we need someone who can take ownership of jobs from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:

• Schedule jobs and keep projects moving on time
• Perform quality control and final walkthroughs
• Communicate daily with our operations team
