The Project Manager is a key position responsible for completing construction projects profitably and ensuring customer satisfaction. Working alongside the Superintendent, the Project Manager oversees project execution without direct daily supervision of field employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and understand contract documents upon project assignment.
- Coordinate with estimators, subcontractors, and the project team to develop and execute project plans.
- Order materials, buy out subcontracts, and manage procurement processes.
- Schedule labor and equipment, monitor project progress, and update project databases.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and submittals.
- Ensure project billing and cost estimations are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
General Duties
- Maintain professional and cooperative relations with all stakeholders.
- Perform tasks delegated by the Vice President of Project Management.
- Handle difficult situations tactfully and demonstrate ongoing professional development.
- Organize personal schedule for maximum productivity.

Qualifications
- High school diploma.
