MYCON General Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of the owner’s contracts, review and interpret documents, and estimate the project to ensure it aligns with terms and funding.
The PM will supervise the project team, support field operations, manage submittals, drawings, and owner–architect expectations, and lead meetings to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
The Project Manager can take the owner’s contract, review and interpret contract documents, and estimate the project to ensure it is executed in real life in accordance with those terms. The Project Manager is responsible for the supervision and management of the individual project, ensuring that the goals or objectives of a project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through the project team. The PM’s role is to support and facilitate field operations, monitoring and controlling contracts, submittals, construction documents, and owner and architect expectations.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit, converse, and listen; dexterity and flexibility are required for physical tasks. The employee must be able to lift and/or carry over 20 pounds on a periodic basis and be able to push/pull over 25 pounds on a periodic basis. The employee must be able to stand and/or walk at least five hours per day. Reliable, predictable attendance at the scheduled site/office. Ability to work in a stressful environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
