Job summary

Cole & Associates, Inc. in Missouri, a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary firm, seeks an experienced civil engineer to lead design, budgeting, and scheduling for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

The role focuses on maintaining profitability, performing QA/QC, supporting client relationships, coordinating with outside consultants, and mentoring design staff. A PE license and 6+ years of experience are preferred.

• Manage the design, budget, and schedule of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects to ensure profitability.

• Coordinate with outside consultants and architects.
• Engage in candidate interviews and select engineers.
• Support Relationship Development and procure new projects.
