Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Manager to lead operation and logistical management for the assigned region, ensuring project quality and team productivity. The role requires coordinating with customer contacts and implementing quality processes across projects.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, with 5 years in QS/ISO manufacturing and at least 2 years in supervision; travel to customer sites coast to coast may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five years of direct manufacturing experience in a QS/ISO environment.
• Two years in a supervisory role.
• Experience handling customer and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Plans the proper setup of new projects, including physical layout, material handling, and staffing.
• Establishes and maintains close communication with customer contacts.
• Implements and monitors project quality processes.
• Develops new operational initiatives including the launch of new customers, locations and/or services.
• Reviews projects for evidence that best practices are being implemented and applied effectively and understood at all levels.
• Monitors profit margin and labor efficiency.
• Trains and educates Project Supervisors on proper procedures and company policies.
• Ensures all teams within the assigned region are operating according to company requirements.

Job description

The Project Manager serves as a key leader, this position has responsibilities for the Operation and Logistical management of the defined area.

Accountable for the quality of our projects and productivity of our teams throughout the assigned regions.

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000/year + Car Allowance

Shift Requirements
