This Project Manager role is based in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the Madison area. The company recruits nationally and offers financial relocation assistance.

Use your project management skills to present to hospital leadership, coordinate end‑user training, and provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with our software. Enjoy autonomy in decision‑making with full support and guidance. No software experience required.

Responsibilities

Present project plans to hospital leadership and secure executive sponsorship.
Coordinate end‑user training and ensure successful adoption of Epic software.
Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, including scope, schedule, resource, and budget management.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as clinical, clinical data, and implementation specialists.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or greater in any major.
Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days; typical month includes 1‑2 trips lasting 2‑4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
COVID‑19 vaccination.
History of academic and professional success.
