Job summary

LEGO Construction Co. in Miami, FL, is seeking a Project Manager to devise work plans, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor construction progress across multiple phases of projects in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach area.

The role requires a Master’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 6 months of related experience. Regular site visits and strict adherence to budget, quality, and safety standards are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 6 months experience as Project Manager, Civil Engineer, Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or related.

Responsibilities

• Devise project work plans, revisions, and communicate effectively with subcontractors.
• Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in projects.
• Monitor the progress of construction activities and hold regular status meetings with the Owner and subcontractors.
• Conduct bi-weekly project site visits within Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach MSA to monitor and discuss progress and upcoming construction activities.
• Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure project documents are complete.
• Identify elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
