Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple architectural metal roofing, wall panel, and façade projects from award through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and deliverable tracking tools.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Lead project kickoff, coordination, turnover, and closeout meetings to establish expectations and drive successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate engineering, fabrication, logistics, and installation activities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, RFIs, and submittals for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
  • Identify project risks, schedule conflicts, and constructability issues, and develop effective mitigation strategies and solutions.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, billing, and change order negotiations.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates and reports to leadership and customers.
  • Support material procurement and production scheduling to ensure critical milestones and delivery dates are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, contract requirements, and safety expectations across all project activities.
  • Foster strong customer relationships that support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve project management processes and best practices.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and ensure proper turnover at project closeout.
Essential Skills
  • At least 3+ years of project management experience within architectural metal roofing, wall panels, façade systems, cladding, or specialty building envelope products.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and tight schedules.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
  • Demonstrated project management skills within architectural metals, roofing, wall panels, façade, and building envelope construction.
  • Solid understanding of construction management principles and materials used in building envelope systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills for handling change orders and stakeholder expectations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, fabrication, logistics, and installation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes for architectural metal and building envelope products.
  • PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Prior experience coordinating with architects, façade consultants, and general contractors.
  • Familiarity with specialty building envelope products and cladding systems.
  • Interest in iconic, architecturally significant projects and cutting‑edge architectural design.

Work Environment

This is a full‑time, salaried position based on a Monday through Friday schedule, with specific hours to be determined. The role is primarily office‑based at a headquarters location in Mesa, Arizona, and involves regular collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors. See EVP - will provide more benefit details when candidates are in the interview stage.
