• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation

• $90,000 - $120,000 base salary

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 3-7 years of project management experience, especially in precast concrete, construction, or heavy manufacturing sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and project scheduling tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-departmental efforts and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Acumatica
• Prior involvement in industrial construction or concrete manufacturing environments
• Certification in project management (PMP or similar)

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3 to 7 years of proven project management success, ideally within heavy manufacturing or precast concrete industries

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work in both office and manufacturing environments
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
• Must be adaptable to dust, noise, vibration, and outdoor conditions
• Employment is full-time, salaried, and at-will, with typical hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
