About SKIMS Beauty

SKIMS Beauty is where innovation meets community. As part of the SKIMS ecosystem, we are building a modern beauty brand rooted in inclusivity, creativity, and high standards. Our teams work collaboratively, move fast, and care deeply — about the products we create, the community we serve, and the way we build together.

Role Overview

The Project Manager, Product Commercialization & Go‑To‑Market is responsible for driving products from vendor onboarding through full commercialization in a fast‑moving, contract manufacturing environment. This role sits at the intersection of Product Development, Operations, and Marketing, with a strong bias toward action, speed, and execution. Approximately 70% of the role is focused on product development and commercialization, with the remaining scope supporting go‑to‑market planning, campaign project management, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, manages dynamic timelines with confidence, and operates with a true startup mentality. This role works closely with the VP of Product Development, is deeply embedded in Asana, and requires strong managing‑up skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end‑to‑end commercialization of products from vendor onboarding through launch
  • Lead contract manufacturing setup, including system onboarding, NDAs, and process integration
  • Bring in new vendors and manage them through development, production, warehousing, and launch
  • Partner closely with CM and warehouse teams to ensure readiness and seamless handoff
  • Manage highly dynamic timelines across multiple programs with shifting priorities.
Cross‑Functional Project Management
  • Serve as the central PM across Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing
  • Maintain detailed project plans, dependencies, and milestones in Asana
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and trade‑offs; drive solutions quickly
  • Manage up with clear, succinct communication and decisive recommendations
Go‑To‑Market & Marketing Support
  • Partner with Marketing to support go‑to‑market planning and execution
  • Act as Campaign PM for product launches, ensuring alignment across teams
  • Support social content planning and execution with a strong marketing lens
  • Ensure product readiness aligns with launch calendars and marketing moments
Ways of Working
  • Nimble, agile, and highly execution‑oriented
  • Comfortable operating in a startup environment with evolving processes
  • Bias toward action and forward momentum over perfection
  • Able to switch between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution seamlessly
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise – Qualifications
  • 6–10+ years of project or program management experience in beauty, consumer products, or adjacent categories
  • Strong experience in product commercialization and contract manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex, fast‑moving timelines with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organized, succinct communicator with strong executive presence
  • Comfortable working on‑site in Los Angeles
