Job summary

Lumicity in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial tenant improvements, Class A office projects, and high-end interiors from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in commercial construction, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam; LA market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Commercial GC experience required.
• Strong financial, estimating, scheduling, and contract management skills.
• Procore and Bluebeam experience preferred.
• Los Angeles market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial TI projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee budgets, estimating, buyout, forecasting, and cost control.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and contracts.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients.
• Lead project schedules, closeout, and overall client communication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial tenant improvement, Class A office, creative office, renovations, or high-end interiors, with experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
