Cumming Group is recruiting a Project Manager for the Alhambra, CA assignment to support Parks & Rec projects for Los Angeles County. You will manage pre-construction, scheduling, cost controls, and sub-contract administration on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in project construction management.
• Experience with JOC project delivery methods is preferred.
• Prior experience with public contracting processes is preferred.

The Project Manager position will successfully support Parks & Rec project types on behalf of the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation.
