Job summary

WHY Brands Inc., the parent company of Munchkin, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end product development cycle from concept to launch. You will coordinate with Marketing, Compliance, Costing, Supply Chain, Quality, Brand Design, and Operations, ensuring on-time delivery across internal and overseas teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Project Management in the CPG industry.
  • Solid understanding and working knowledge of Workfront is required.
  • Experience coordinating, managing, and supporting initiatives and workstreams.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and changing requirements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for the end-to-end product development process from concept through production.
  • Establish deliverables and execution to ensure on-time product launches.
  • Develop and manage timely flow of projects from kickoff through completion with timelines and reports.
  • Manage multiple new product development projects; track day-to-day activities and risks.
  • Monitor progress by tracking schedules, resolving issues, and addressing changes.
  • Enforce deadlines and problem solve in a professional manner.
  • Regularly meet with PMO to review status and action items for resolution.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Costing, Supply Chain, Quality, Brand Design, and Operations.
  • Serve as liaison for cross-functional departments, in-house and overseas.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope.
  • Assess and report day-to-day progress of tasks using project management tools.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What You’ll Do:

The Project Manager is responsible for establishing and managing project timelines from conception to completion.

  • Lead project management for the end-to-end product development process from concept through production
  • Establish project management deliverables and execution, ensuring product launches are on time
  • Develop and manage timely flow of projects from initial kick off through completion; formulate and manage timelines and reports
  • Manage and track multiple new product development projects; monitor day-to-day project activities, track changes, and identify potential risks
  • Monitor project progress by tracking schedules, migrating risks and resolving issues
  • Enforce deadlines and problem solve in an efficient and professional manner
  • Regularly meet with PMO Department to review project status, identify any late task or open issues, and report back on action items for resolution
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Costing, Supply Chain, Quality, Brand Design, and Operations Teams to ensure seamless execution development plans
  • Serve as the key liaison for all cross-functional departments, both in house and overseas
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within scope
  • Assess and report the day-to-day progress of tasks and deliverables using project management tools

Salary range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (DOE)

This is a temporary position with the possibility of full-time employment.
