Job summary

Actalent in Lafayette, IN is seeking a New Source Introduction (NSI) Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of over 180 active projects. You will track project status, archive documentation, and prepare for portfolio reviews using Excel and PowerBI.

The role requires 5+ years of project management in a technical field, a STEM degree, and strong skills in MS Word/PowerPoint/PowerBI. On-site hours are 7 AM–3 PM, Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience in a technical field.
• 4-year degree in a STEM field preferred.
• Internship experience accepted as job experience.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and effective manufacturing techniques.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Expertise in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio.
• Engine experience preferred.

Work Environment

This role is located on-site in either Mossville, IL or Lafayette, IN, with work hours from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. The office setting may require occasional evening calls with teams in China/India, which can be taken from home.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lafayette, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
