JLL is seeking a Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN to lead construction projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and compliance with safety protocols. This role involves coordination with contractors and clients throughout project phases, requiring strong project management skills and a commitment to safety.

The Project Manager will serve as a dedicated resource for a valued client in the Princeton, Indiana area, managing multiple construction and development projects from initiation through completion. This role requires coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams while serving as the primary point of contact between our client and all project stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing project budgets and schedules, tracking costs and milestones, and maintaining comprehensive documentation in accordance with client standards.
A critical component of this position is ensuring rigorous compliance with safety protocols and the client's operating procedures. This includes conducting regular site reviews, overseeing contractor safety plans, and maintaining safety documentation across all projects.
